Imagicasa Spring 2021
Imagicasa magazine wants to highlight the exceptional and luxurious projects in architecture, design, art, cars and hotels. Imagicasa is an inspirational magazine that provides you with the beautiful interiors and innovative design developments
It has become a tradition for our first edition of the year to focus on the most beautiful projects, latest designs and most interesting stories from our own country. Belgium has so much to offer in terms of architecture, interior design, art and lifestyle. With this issue, we are also happy to support local businesses after twelve challenging months in which they have shown once again that a small country can still be very strong.
We start with a promising project by Marc Merckx in Knokke. These images prove once again what this interior architect can do to create a special home for his clients. We see the same in the work of resounding names such as Frederic Kielemoes, Gert Voorjans and JUMA architects. Each time, they manage to produce an inspiring result that will delight many. In addition, we talked to numerous interesting – starting or already established – designers about their unique products and how they are able to conquer the Belgian and international design world with them. Michaël Verheyden, Nathalie Van der Massen and Studio Straf, among others, give us an insight into their work, design approach and vision.
We also take our readers to Flyinggroup’s renovated head offices, where several interesting Belgian partners have joined forces to create an innovative and high-quality working environment. Furthermore, we also wanted to feature some amazing artists. Not only do we put the work of contemporary artists in the spotlight, but we are also happy to celebrate Roger Raveel’s 100th birthday with a mention in our magazine. And finally, with spring in the air, we turned to some experts in stylish garden furniture and timeless outdoor spaces for inspiration on how to create a holiday feeling at home.
The common thread throughout this issue of Imagicasa is not simply the Belgian nationality of the names and companies featured, but also the international recognition they receive. It is something we can be very proud of and we are happy to contribute to the further spread of their talent.
We ourselves are very grateful for the continued trust in our magazine of our readers and partners. Together we stand strong and work towards an even brighter future!
